Is the reason that there are so many people still left without Specialization codes partly because of the over 17 rule? Can anyone confirm that they have an account under the age of 17 but have gotten their code already?

I doubt it, I haven’t received mine yet and I’m sure a lot of minors lie about their age when creating accounts/Emails. It’s pretty much common sense to do so nowadays for things such as this, offers and such.
I investiged the topic and found out that they send out codes dependend on your K/D ratio and the average time per day you spend learning for school.
In your case: Your K/D has to be a number, that’s fine for you, and the time spend for learning should be way higher. Just try it. You’ll have your key in no time!

The main reason a lot of people dont have the codes as it is only being sent to American players, leaving the rest of the world suck on SR70 until they pull their finger out.
