Suppose to be better in comparison of the PR right? Bungie said the same thing about the Repeater, and look how crappy that thing is.

Thanks for the responses. I hadn’t been keeping up with Halo 4, came back and watched some footage, saw this gun, and was wondering why I didn’t see posts about it.
