I haven’t confirmed it anywhere but I’m pretty sure they are planning to rotate team snipers out. This is my favorite playlist, I will be very disappointed if it gets removed. Can anyone confirm?
Also why can’t we have more playlists? Instead of rotating it just ADD action sack.
It is being removed. Action Sack coming in it’s place…
Team Snipers, Team Objective, Halo 3 Hardcore, Infection, Action Sack and Grifball should all be permanent playlists. Don’t see the logic.

Its a social playlist, like SWAT or BTB, why would it be ranked? I agree with you on the permanent part.

LOL Snipers is…social? Snipers is arguably the most competitive playlist in Halo. It should be ranked. There is no point in playing snipers if you are a skilled player otherwise you are literally averaging 30 kills like its nothing
When team snipers gets removed I will likely be so furious that I won’t touch this game for months. Look at how active my account was last time team snipers got removed. I’m sure there are hundreds of others. Its completely ridiculous that you have to rotate playlists instead of adding more. I would complain that its not ranked but all I care about at this point is it being permanent.
The problem with playlists is that some of them have to be rotational. That’s the fatal flaw of TMCC. They can only include so many playlists at once to make sure each playlist has a viable population where people can be properly matched with people of a similar skill (Not that that happens much anyway, but more playlists would make it much worse) Obviously you need the basics like each game’s individual playlist, Rumble Pit, BTB and the like. That leaves the remaining slots for other miscellaneous playlists such as Snipers, SWAT, and Action Sack. These playlists have to be rotated out for each other so each one gets an opportunity to be played. It’s sad that it’s this way, but the very concept of TMCC doesn’t allow for anything else. There may be a chance for there to be more playlists at once, but only if TMCC gets a massive increase in population. Since this isn’t remotely likely, you’ll just have to wait for Snipers to be rotated back in.
Maybe if they got the playlists right the first time instead of jerking around the playlists constantly, people might actually play more.
