Is supply gain rate limited to # of Supply Pads?

Meaning, can I keep building Supply Pads or Harvesters over and over again, thus increasing the speed at which I gain resources or is there a limit to how many of them are actually producing additional resources? And what about for Power?

For Halo Wars 1, you lost between 5%-9% production rate from your first supply pad to your 6th(and then the 7th didn’t produce anymore). Does anyone know of something similar in HW2?

I don’t know it to be fact but it doesn’t seem to be that way in my play experience. the more you have the faster it ticks.

I can’t seem to tell for sure. And when playing, I can’t really test it because I’m too preoccupied with the match.

You’re a little off, if I recall correctly. Hw1 supply pads worked off of a diminishing returns formula. Each additional supply pad increased your rate of return, but at an infinitely decreasing rate/supply pad.

I haven’t done tests, but I assume hw2 beta follows suit.

Yes, that was my intention with explaining how it used to work. Apologies if it wasn’t clear. Now I’m getting conflicting reports of even how that worked though. There doesn’t seem to be any solid, proven information about either game that I can find.
