During the trailer my heart was racing. That was on of my most exciting experiences while watching a game trailer. But after watching it I thought, “Was that Steve Downes voicing Chief?”. Well, I can’t be sure, so I’m wondering if anyone has any knowledge about about the voice of Master Chief? And if anyone knows if Arbiter is returning?

It was never officially stated that Steve Downes was returned, but considering that Jen Taylor is back as Cortana, we can safely assume he’ll return, too.
Plus, you can take it from a Chicago suburb-native, that was most definitely Steve Downes as Master Chief in the E3 Demo.
It definitely sounded like him.
