Its not needed. People don’t understand that split screen isnt something that gets thrown into games. People say just drop it to 30 FPS but you cant just do that because based on the scale of the game graphical bugs will ruin it. Textures loading in front of you, glitches, massive framerate drops, lag, and graphical bugs will be everywhere thus ruining the whole experience. I understand people don’t like this decision but it is a good decision for the game. People need to stop thinking about themselves and think about the game. If 343i wanted to add split screen to Halo 5 then they would all be waiting a good year or maybe two for a game that is half of what it should be.

Good point but I personally think that it could be hurtful to halo more than helpful. I would have personally been fine with a latter release date that would have drawn in more sales.
