Try KOing yourself in private. It’s something other people can report you for, which may have happened.

Yes, part of the fun and challenge of fiesta is using tactics in what you got to get some kills or get to a better weapon pick up.
Why don’t you just get / earn the challenge properly?
I don’t get it. Play the game. Have fun. And just let the challenges unfold naturally. It’s way less stressful.
And sure, self destructing is not harming the score. But you are still leaving your team mates one short for a fair chunk of the game?
But then again. Halo Tracker says you quit out of nearly 1 in 7 matches… so this is probably you at peak team empathy.

Nope it’s fine with to do if you get bad weapons I remember doing it on husky raid a lot on halo 5

I think it might be part of achievement driven personality type, and in general trying to optimise wherever possible. For example, I will lose objective matches so I can focus on getting more kills with particular weapons.
Sadly some aspects of the game are just too frustrating, like desync, or noticing too many high ping matches during peak (another disturbing trend), so I want to spend as little time as possible playing Infinite. I also want the rewards, because now I’m invested.
I know I’ve made many posts about prioritising fun over grind and getting challenges done. It’s a lot easier said than done.
Listen, it’s Fiesta. It’s not really a gametype one tries to win, I don’t think.

You would think that in the time it took you to “-100” multiple times and respawn (10-15 seconds each time) - you could find the weapon you wanted on the map and actually use it.
yes but this is not the case in fiesta slayer so I think it’s not worthy of a ban
I don’t have all the time in the world to complete these challenges. If we had a normal progression system where you can progress by just playing the game normally, time wouldn’t be such an issue. But we have a system that forces you to play unnaturally in order to do these challenges. Reach and H4 had a ton of customization tied into just playing the game however you please. Halo infinite does not have this avenue, so I’m stuck grinding these yoinking challenges as quickly as I can.
You mention I quit 1 in 7 matches as if I should be ashamed of that. I only quit on social matches, and I’ve been getting better about that ever since I learned that you can see what gamemode and map you are queuing into, and if you get something that doesn’t work for a challenge, you can quit before actually loading into a match. I never quit ranked matches, even if my team is getting stomped on.
I think that 343i should give us a progression system that doesn’t stink so that I don’t have to do silly things like self destruct to progress in an efficient manner. Do you not agree?

Honestly its hard to be funny with just letters not gonna lie, also I don’t watch youtube all that often so do NOT blame me if I don’t know who you speak of.
Committing suicide over and over during a match is not an effective way to get the weapon you want, especially when you’re just going to die to a grav hammer or rocket launcher 15 seconds later. If you need bulldog kills, go play BTB and camp a shotgun pad.
