Is S.W.A.T. a social playlist again? Plz!

I saw the ranked settings and playlists and noticed that S.W.A.T. was not mentioned. I really want it to be a social playlist I’m so tired of how sweaty and boring ranked H5 S.W.A.T. is. Can someone confirm or deny?

There is no news on it, but I really like SWAT in Halo 5. When I play it in MCC I usually completely decimate the people I play against. Not fun for me, the people I play against, or my teammates.

I actually have a lot of fun playing it in H5 and the games are usually much more balanced.

It’s too sweaty playing ranked all the time and it’s the only option for swat in h5 so making it both ranked and unranked is nice for me

Would be totally happy for a social SWAT, but yeah I am also hoping there is ranked SWAT like halo 5 - would be a shame to lose it

Nah Ranked SWAT is better I rather go against my skill level than a unbalanced team

SWAT being a competitive only mode in Halo is pretty funny given that pretty much every Halo player rips on CoD for being a casual low skill twitch shooter due to its fast TTK. SWAT is even easier than CoD.

My reasoning for having a social swat too is because I would rather not touch my skill ranking and bringing down my team. I play swat because it is the only mode where there is no radar and I go get assassinations. I have 1k something assassinations and it would be more fun if I didn’t have sweats every match

Sweaty this, sweaty that…

I’m ready for this buzzword to disappear already. Just because someone tries to win and is better at a video game does not mean that they are “sweats” or “sweaty”, they are literally just skilled and are trying to win the best they can. It’s okay to not be good/elite at a game, but calling people names because they are skilled and are trying to win is just kinda cringe tbh

I’ve always loved ranked SWAT, ever since Halo 2 back in the day, and even back then it was incredibly “sweaty” but no one ever complained about it because it was okay to be competitive and be a “tryhard sweatlord” lol
