quick csr says individual but it feels like its team from the games I played
Any team-based CSR, from what I’ve read, is based on how your team performs. So, it would be based off of your wins, as opposed to your individual stats.
I think im guna go for a 50 in it.
It is individual, your CSR will increase depending on what place you get by the end of the match.

Its team. Me and my friend play every game together I did better every game we are both 11s . I would have got my 45 by now if it was individual
We won Rcochet, went first place 18kills 8deaths - got 2 minus CSR rating 
WHY? I never went lonewolfing or something similar, in fact those deaths were sacrifices to help the team score like throwing myself over the ballholding teammate so he doesnt get shot etc.
Seriously it is bugging me, why do I get minus CSR credit for that?
one game later I get JIP game with 3 ppl missing, 2 spots end up not filled its 4 v 2, the game is over in 30 seconds while I get tripplekills and all kinda -Yoink-, going out positive and get minus CSR.
WHY? -Yoink-. seriously.
Ricochet uses a team-based CSR.
