Is Resupply Worth It?

I feel like grenades are the first things to go when entering a firefight, so even when you win a duel with somebody it’s really rare that there will even be grenades for you to pick up. It seems that Resupply is just a wasted perk slot (or whatever it’s called).

What do you guys think?

I like having it in throwdown since eveyone starts with frags. But I don’t use it with a loadout because all you get are plasma grenades.

I like using it in Majestic FFA. With such small maps and lots of corners being able to lead with grenades is huge!

This. It really depends on the gametype. It comes in very handy in FFA but it seems pretty useless in BTB.

I’ve been using it more lately as I can’t see much advantage in the other perks. Better to have something that allows you to go on the offensive for longer is kind of the mentality I am using.

I like it better now - the grenades in Reach were annoying.

Like anything else the perk depends on map type and playstyle.

I like Resupply to create new challenges for myself.

Since it should be default no its not worth it. Lets just strip out default abilities and slap them in as perks…

Sadly I’ll agree, this feels like what happened…

I’m about to make myself sick with the mention of this, but I think halo would work better as a class based shooter instead of as loadout shooter gags even though I’m against both and want my arena style halo back.

I never start a free for all game without this helpful perk. Although it shouldn’t exist in my opinion since grenades should just be picked up. Period.

Resupply, explosives, a BR or LightRifle, and some decent aim are all you need to dominate. Seriously, this is my go-to for smaller to mid-size maps.

Yea I would rather see classed based then loadout based. Would sure be a hell of a lot more enjoyable then what it currently is. But arena would be ideal, but with the current trend in fps that will most likely never happen.
