I was looking through my armory and noticed that the regular recon is missing. It still shows where I can unlock recon surge, but no regular recon at all. Did 343 remove recon or is this a glitch? If this is a glitch then how do I fix it? By the way, regular recon was suppose to be unlocked at level 26 if you did not know.
They made it exclusive again.
