I would like to play Reach on my XB1, but have read about problems with the transition from the 360 to XB1. Is this already fixed? Or should I wait a little longer?
yeah there was a patch recently
There was a patch but it doesn´t work for all. E.g. I´m still nearly unable to play firefight and it needs a longer time to start.
But for other it works fine, so you have to look by yourself

Terrible I tried it and… lets just say it completely “CRASHED” my XB1, I like reach a lot but it’s terrible on the XB1!
