So let me start with I have been playing halo since middle school CE day one Halo fan. Was hooked by my friends in school was at my buddies house everyday until I got my own Xbox. I already hit legit 150 I play that much but before judging understand I am stuck at home.
Ranks:
So first thing the ranks. Reset monthly but again as I log in today it is the 1st now after 8AM my time with no reset. I am disabled so I do this to pass the time at the moment no sob or sympathy wanted, but I am on bedrest for another month due to my medical issues and I can’t even do one thing that use to be fun and help me get through this as I have been dealing with this since 20- Now 27. My wife works very early morning so I am all ready to play in the mornings but yet 343 is sleeping. Heck even with these updates and in general the whole hype its feels like everyone is on sleep mode. Make a game, hype it up, do the bare minimum for updates and risk losing users and buyers monthly and hope the die hards always stay. I am a die hard or consider myself one for Halo but since this games issues online it has ruined my experience. I have been forced sometimes to play BO3 which is not my choice but when the servers actually work and since now its just grinding levels and ranks are also grinding so when I could easily get a 50 in most playlists I can no longer hardly get to champion because I do not play the same playlist 3-8 hours first day by the time I play I am half day behind because even if you are NOT GOOD YOU STILL CAN GET CHAMPION ITS JUST HOW MUCH YOU PLAY IS HOW THEY SUCK YOU IN.
Companies:
Lets face it this is a pure random technique used to come to the forums and again another gimmick to suck people in for profit. They want to promote req packs and bundles as much as they can. Even have unlocks to earn on the forums which is very sad to me because it should all be free if we pay for the account we login to post here and not to mention the game that is very flawed. Also this game released last year? Still folks do not use miss I have to use groupme or third party chat apps to find members to team with. The real halo has people in the game finding other people with 100s of friends to always play with because you had to talk in game to meet people to play with. Have to join a company for armor which then if worried need to make sure on a team you trust so then your stuck only playing with your team who wants to play with other teams most won’t.
-So now to play Halo I need to always hard reset it because the req system has loading issues (known for months but no fix for many users)
-I use to enjoy playing, now I have to turn on my Mac with my Xbox just to login to my waypoint and Team chat just to find a game and communicate.
-Dedicated servers? Then why are people still skipping on them everyday, is this in a pack I don’t know of the hop scotch thruster?
Honestly I could go for days but hope its fixed before what I feel like is soon the be the end of a great series due to lack of support and teamwork with the company, I feel its one guy who does bare minimum and one guy who drops the update so if issue have to wait weeks they only have one guy working on it. I see more BANS on the forms for spam vs Warzone gitches that STILL HAVE NOT BEEN FIXED. Makes sense, at this point even me writing this is dumb. The company won’t fix it or change it or compensate anything I have lost money wise to them or time wise. Best case might get suspended on forums for sharing an honest opinion which would not surprise me but I understand rules but I also have freedom of speech and hey when your a monitor and can use power they use it, I saw a buddy get suspended for by accident posting in the wrong section to many times but he didn’t understand the forms. But in games he’s legit just an average player he use to buy 30 gold packs a month he loved the game so much but then he’s banned at level 70 on the forms. And the gentlemen with farmed achilles level 150 from doing a warzone glitch with only 3K kills is still not banned and he’s working for 152 now and he’s not banned ever if anything he brags. I could again go on for days but its pointless at this point if ranks don’t reset shortly the local game store opens, it would be a bummer but it was fun, nice to meet everyone over the years and hope to see you guys again soon 
Again its sad to say after 15 or so years now 27, I am walking away slowly week by week from this game. I hope they fix it before I feel like there won’t be much of an online status to update anymore. If they fix issues sure Ill be back daily most likely but after waking up today enough is enough.
Also the level 150 I legit earned, no support and it was hacked. 1 week into a report they said takes 24-72 hours with support and still I never got my account back, its on both ends. Yes this is not halo but it is Xbox Live and Microsoft which from what I was told it was obtained through iP on the Xbox and if I only play halo that means be careful. They send me messages you don’t spend enough money on reqs on one account I don’t use its my wife for fun, yet you want me to spend but can’t even protect accounts. Get this, no phone number or way to contact them if you are hacked via email you have to email back and forth for a month to prove what is already clear cut case, thats quoted on the clear cut part from their customer service yet when they sent me back info they said make a new one haha my own name is in the email yet they are saying I do not own it, sure so the hacker has the same rare name as me in all of my searches one gentlemen has the same name as me and its my middle name not even my first name. I told them I will literally take a photo with me in it holding my drivers ID and they still can’t figure things out a single man hacking can do more than an entire two companies at this point thats sad.
-Watch they will suspend the forums on this account for being honest even if I did not cuss, use bad language, do anything illegal except freedom of speech same day as post sometimes within hours, and yet they can’t even process my sons refund that wouldn’t load when the so called “dedicated” servers had issues so my wife spent 100s for his req packs and on one big bundle they never refunded because the amount so we can’t even purchase big bundles unless we want to risk it. At this point I have remove and disconnected all association to my personal info because how flawed they really are. Still waiting on week 3 soon…
