Hi jaz here and I’m taking the communities opinion on this, is rage an actual skill or a feeling in our part? As in when you rage do you play better or worse? (I learned how to channel rage and use it, I say its a skill)
I Very vague explonation on rage you gave here. If you meen the feeling of anger, aka “rage”, then I’d say it makes you play worse.
You begin to get unfocused on the game and objectives and focus more on beating the other person and you ignore your evniorment. You also begin to get tunnelvision by the extra addrenalin within your bloodstream. Rage only makes you play worse as a player.
If you mean some in-game mechanic then I have no idea of what you’re speaking of because Halo has never had that type of mechanic.
i think rage is a better skill to have when you are actually on the battlefield in a firefight yourself because i don’t think getting mad will help you snipe a guy any better. proof of this being how often do you see pro players (not just halo) get extremely mad during an event. not often the most emotion they show is when they get a highlight but thats a whole different thing
Both
It’s a skill on a Firefight…but on Matchmaking is a feeling that leads you to failure.
Love these different opinions thank you
I actually channel my rage into playing (most of the time) and make a good come-back or beat a hard part of the campaign. It is a skill.
Raging and complaining makes your teammates play worst. Sure you may play better, but when your teammates start muting you and playing worst in a TEAM game it’s bad.
lol i always thought of raging as a bad thing xD
