That is if 343 or -Yoink!- wanted to add that in the future in an update? Is it technically possible for the game code to be updated to allow offline MP play with LAN, or does the game actually have to rely on the cloud to run properly?
You could probally mod it on PCs and do local lan that way

There’s no excuse for Halo 6 or even H3A to not have this feature.

Wow… If any game should have the ability to host private offline basement parties it should be Halo. -Yoink!- really twists my nerves with how they handle Halo now.
