Its one of the most unique gametypes around yet I cannot find a single match for two days in a row.

Is there a specific time or day when Breakout players come online?

Probably weekends and evenings north america eastern time would be the only times.

I think its the lowest population playlist.

I can never get the playlist at night or the early morning, I can only get it in the afternoon.

It’s so empty, even when I get a match is most of the time just team killers and trollers

Can’t remember last time i even tried to match in breakout. Use to play it all the time. Fun stuff that suffered from map fatigue.

It went downhill after they added extermination. I really hope there is an elimination game type in Infinite. I really loved Breakout and even Breakout 2.0.

Tried for a while before realising nobody plays.

Lost 20 minutes of my life that I won’t be getting back.

I played two matches yesterday! There is hope. I will keep looking for a match today.

I tried finding some games past Saturday but got no further than 2 in total, also being against champs so that wasn’t very motivational to spend 15 minutes of search time per game in haha…

Complete anecdote but about a month or so ago I was playing regularly going for the Unstoppable commendation and the population was pretty much dead (what’s worse was those that you could find where 50/50 either ultra sweats or straight up griefer), my best hours were always over the weekends and between 1-3pm PST. Playing past 8pm PST was a no go as you could spend a literal hour searching with no results.

I actually managed to play about five games in a row or so. Ended up playing with and then against the streamer Twitch

Yes, it’s quite a low player population, but on the right times, you can definitely find games. I managed to find enough games around 7 PM EST.
