Is my Waypoint profile glitched?

Waypoint seems to be having a problem with my profile. I’ve played SA up to Operation: D and it says that I haven’t played it, not even one mission. But it does register that I have the achievements from it, and this has been preventing me from entering the Flying Colors Glyph code. Does anyone know how I can fix this?
