Is multiplayer matchmaking Cross PC Console?

If so can we choose to only play with console or pc?
I feel like it would be unfair to face a pc player.

There’s no cross play, not even for co op (which sucks).

Thanks for the response. Couldnt find it in the FAQ. Yeah would be nice for co op.

Nope… Just has Xbox Play Anywhere.

Dang it. No cross-play? I was going to co-op campaign with my brother through the Xbox and my pc. Now I’ll never get the achievement!(if it still exists) And my useless friends wouldn’t do anything to help me get achievements. Custom games all -Yoinking!- day!
