Is multiplayer available outside of play sessions?

I guess the title says it all.
I would really like to play this but the pacific time play sessions are not feasible for me to play because of my time zone.

In one word YES

It is 24/7 times are mainly for to get more playes on at the same time and perhaps more in dept logging of MP game play

Thanks i ended having to wait 30 mins to find a game but am now getting in them.

I’ve only managed to get in 1 matchmaking game this past week since getting in the flight.
Thanks to covid19 and working from home I’ve been able to search for games at most hours of the day (1 - 5AM, 9 - 11AM, 8 - 10PM)
According to Steam I’ve clocked 15 hours in the Insider build and the ingame career stats say I’ve got 5 hours in campaign.
Is there really no one in SEA/AUS playing?

It seems that everyone jumps on after work finishes at 5:30pm in eastern Aus at least. And its mainly the same group of guys.
