Yes, he is a white male. At the end of the Legendary Campaign run in H4, they pull his helmet off and you see his eyes and the bridge of his nose. Unless no sunlight gets through his helmet and he is the whitest non white guy I’ve ever seen, he is white.

Well they already showed an eye shot in Halo 4.
? How can you not know by now that Chief’s face was revealed at the end of Halo 4?

In the “Scanned” trailer he was shown as a caucasian boy.

He’s been described as Caucasian since 2001, and due to him being in the suit for a very long time, he’s pale as -Yoink-.
In the books, it says he’s a ginger.
He is, indeed, a white man. And with all the time he spends in his armor, I imagine he’s milky.
He is a white male in his mid 40’s.
His body is slightly younger due to time spent in cryo stasis/sleep.
In the Legendary ending in Halo 4 you part of his face showing his skin tone.
Also, in the Marvel Halo comic “Bootcamp” you see him as an 8 year old Caucasian male.
