So I’ve been getting tons and tons of games where people are pretty much invisible through most of the match and the theatre tends to show people camping in really bad spots that should be getting them killed in wide open areas. Not only that but their evasiveness and ability to avoid getting hit is rather low for some reason they alway pretty much stay stationary.
Even vehicles have been hit with basicly not loading into the game by a pretty big delay. For instance a tank is sitting in front of me I don’t see the tank I walk towards it get killed and I’m like how did they get there so fast but the theatre like before shows some thing very different.
And when they are actively moving there is like 3 frames of animation for as much as a 100 feet of movement.
EDIT sorry I said tons that might be a bit of an exaggeration is maybe more like 10% of games at most with it some times being non existent. I’ve been seeing this for a while but it wasn’t some thing that was a problem early on in the games life span.
I don’t know it just seems like it can’t be a coincidence if it’s just innocent players then it’s people that aren’t that good at the game just getting a good game cause of lag and it’s just a statistical anomaly.
Or they know how they will be perceived by the enemy during the game and exploit it to the fullest.
Cause it it seem like they are becoming invisible as long as they stay still but even if they are moving I only ever see 3 frames of animation for some reason it’s always seems to be 3 and the distance traveled has no effect on the amount of frames so they could move 20-100 feet and still only show 3 frames.

Idk about switching specifically but some things are possible. I’ve had myself and my friends get mysteriously booted from a game all at once. I’m sure cheating is around in some form but I think most problems are likely due to issues with the servers.

I’ve had that my team was winning the game in warzone and half of my top team got dropped out all at once. The enemy team did have mics but they didn’t say any thing about what just happened and you would think they would.
If I’m not mistaken lag switching was possible on the 360 because it used p2p servers where one player in the lobby was given host, I always thought that only the host could lag switch since everyone was connecting to them
if I’m correct in this lag switching wouldn’t be possible on H5 because there’s no host on a dedicated server
No OP it’s not lag switching it’s technical problems on 343s end. Fairly common problems I might add. Just last night some friends and I were having a great big team match and the whole fireteam got booted due to a stupid disconnect.
Also, Theatre has been an absolute mess for the longest now. Using a word like horrendous isn’t an overstatement when we’re talking about Theatre.

Lag is a thing. Lag switching shouldn’t work with servers.
there was a time that u had a -Yoink- connection and my friends told me that it looked like i was lag switching… on my screen everithing was good but they recorded some moments and yes, in fact i was teleporting
Had a pretty suspicious game last night… We were ahead the whole match despite some (playable) lag, it was 44-40 in the last minute, our lead… The other team went 10 and 1 and won, and in that time, they REALLY started teleporting around…
They were also down a man towards the end of the match. Suspicious?
I was mad too because I was wrecking them the entire match.
Well as you can see lag switching is against all online games. It’s like a bad glitch that you can buy from ebay or even amazon. It’s a wire that goes into your router and connects to your xbox with 2 buttons on the wire you push the left one and it lags your internet for two seconds and somehow it interrupts your opponents internet connection. This will only work in your own costum game. People use it because it gives a better advantage for you to kill someone. Be aware don’t use the lag switch all the time cause it will appear on xbox’s radar that meaning you could be banned.
I know this cause I have a lag switch that I use sometimes but over all it’s not good sportsman ship. So just practice and play normally like everyone else quite using cheats.
