I don’t believe they were made in Castle. But Jun is also named Jun, not John. They are a different age, come from different planets, and during the fall of Reach, one was planetside, the other was in space.
Why people would think he’s the Chief is beyond me. Makes as much sense as Sgt. Forge being Chief.

Everyone knows jun is rookie. I mean he doesnt talk so no one knows it is him obviously, rookie is good at fighting, you can see he had some interest in that sniper he found, and no one knows his origins.

People I know this was not completely neccesary I was stateing this so that all the idiots in the world would stop arguing over it.

And Jun went to castle base which is on Reach dooming him to death unless he made it out with doctor halsey which is unlikely as Dr. Halsey would have had multiple escape routes. But yall are right the spartans werent made in Castle base they were trainded there.
