I remember way back when reach came out that it used to be in the Rumble Pit playlist, but i haven’t seen it in a long time, is it just not in that playlist anymore and in a new one?
Yes, Juggernaut is still in multiplayer matchmaking in the Rumble Pit playlist as you can see here.
I played it recently actually. 
It’s weird, all through the jackpot weekend last week i played a lot of Rumble Pit, but never once saw juggernaut as an option to vote on. It must be either a rare gametype, or my luck just refuses to let me play it.
It is an extremely rare gametype on the Rumble Pit playlist. I always play Rumble Pit and I’ve only ever played it three times since September 14th 2010!
I enjoy the gametype and wish it would come up more.
It should definitely be a frequent Action Sack gametype. It’s annoying in Rumble Pit, it is not competitive really.
But it shows up, indeed. Not a lot, but it happens.
