Is it worth it? Should I Purchase Halo 4?

Or should I stick with, switching back and forth between Halo 3 and Reach?

I still haven’t played enough to think that it’s better than 3 but it’s far better than Reach. Get it.

Its amazing and has phenominal potential, defintely an no brainer go out and get it is my opinion!

You picked the wrong place to ask. A lot of people have been whining nonstop about… something or other. I don’t know, I kinda ignore them.

Anyway, yeah, it’s worth it. Multiplayer’s fun, and the Campaign makes Star Wars look like a 3rd-grader’s home-made video.

It is definitely better than Reach. It is not better than Halo 3 but it is not worse, if that makes sense. It’s different. Definitely worth buying.

Thanks everyone ^-^

Get it. The campaign is amazing and so is the multiplayer. Makes you itching for Halo 5.

if you play halo for only the story i would not recommend it. But if you are into multiplayer more then yes i would recommend.

Get it.

It destroys reach.

My favorite Halo so far.

But on the other hand, if you’re into Halo extended lore and other non-game story media, definitely get it.

Otherwise, if all you know about the story is from the games, be warned that you will be scratching your head throughout the game at several major points…

This.

It’s better than halo 3 I’d say. The campaign was amazing. It made me react. I guess some people want to be hand held with a story and don’t want to think.

It’s just incredible.

Frank O’connor said more than once that nobody needs to read any of the books to understand halo 4. Although I did understand what Halo 4’s story told it’s just it didnt tell very much IMO and felt very bland and didnt really provide any wow factor.

I dont mean to be all negative about it, its just i didnt feel anything with it except the scene with cortana and chief.

If you’re a Halo fan, there’s no reason you shouldn’t get it.

It’s all around a great game and worth the $60 price tag. Even with its faults.

My suggestion: Rent it and decide for yourself. If within the time you have the game as a rental you come to the conclusion that Halo 4 is worth a full purchase, then buy the game. If not, stick to what you were doing before.

Yes. It is an excellent game, I wish somethings were different but overall it’s fantastic and it will only get better.

There’s one word that sums it up for me. Perfect.

If you disliked Reach, chances are you’ll love Halo 4.
