Is it worth grinding to 152?

By now we all know about the 152 reward for infinite. I’m fine with what people will get but after 4 weeks of grinding to get their I realized it’s not worth it. It’s possible if you have hundreds of Legendary XP boosts and play like 5 hours a day, but most of us don’t have many legendary xp boosts and not much time to play.

I personally quit my grind to 152 as I like the armor and weapon coatings you get, but there are so many other nicer ones that we’ve seen already. I’ve been playing halo since halo 3 so it’s not like I could care less about the game but I honestly don’t want to have the stress of having to cram in play time just to get a coating.

Lmk what you guys think about this grind. It’s probably more doable if you’re 148+. But are most of you going to keep going or did you stop grinding.

The grind sucks plain and simple im at halfway through 150 and it sucks but by April 1st ill be 152, but I stopped playing a year and half ago at 148 because I burned out, lost motivation, and for other reasons

To answer your question it’s really not worth it to have to play every single day and not miss a beat and if your not at least 148 or above its not recommended to even attempt if you enjoy your free time and rather not be miserable

And its not even fun id consider or enjoyable its literally a chore just like all games have basically become.

I’m not even going to try for 152, I’m currently SR57 and there is no way I’m playing that long for a coating lol

Exactly. Good for you that you’ll make it! They said they designed infinites MP so that it doesn’t feel like it’s a grind machine (which basically was Halo 5). So I’m looking forward to seeing what they do to infinite

Exactly, I’m 91 and I gave up a while ago haha. I wouldn’t worry about the 152 armor and weapon coatings. There are a lot nicer ones that I personally love more then the 152 coatings…

I believe I’m 148 or 149 and I’m not even going to attempt to reach 152. I do not enjoy Warzone in the slightest and Arena does not distribute enough xp. No reward in a game will be worth me torturing myself instead of having fun.

I pray that your statement is accurate and that they hold true to what you stated because after I reach 152 I have seriou8sly considered walking away from the halo series permanently and not buy halo infinite or another halo game again. So I hope what you say is true and they keep to their word.

I’m not trying to grind to 152 anymore I decided to put more time in the MCC to unlock stuff in the different seasons because, I feel like after Halo infinite I would play MCC more than Halo 5

Not really, it’s just an achievement you can brag about but I’m doing it so I can have it done before infinite
