Is it too much to ask to play a team slayer game on my own and not get spawn killed and shot to oblivion every time i peek round a corner?
Is it too much to ask to have a game where it doesn’t host migrate a billion times?
Is it too much to ask to be able to have a decent match not using a precision weapon?
Is it too much to ask to not get abuse from some randomer the other side of the planet just because he beat me at a videogame?
It’s like I can’t play Halo 4 to relax anymore. 
Entirely too much. You should stop playing it.

I do but I hate Palmer, and it’s frustrating why Miller and Dolton have gone througb life threatening augmentations to tell people what to do through a radio. :C
Mute the TV and listen to your own playlist then. Besides, even with them chattering, it’s not that bad.

I play halo because it is fun, and the most fun is smashing the other team so i guess you were just on the receiving end of some guys having fun

I feel you should just go to flood (this is what I do) for a game or two and goof off and have some fun clear your head then…get back in there spartan ^-^

I got tired of playing Haven constantly all yesterday so I just played SpOps to farm XP while listening to music. It helped, lol.
I hear ya on the spawn killing but what really bothers me is some people vote for Infinity Slayer. I hate that Slayer variant with a burning passion. I do terribly at it because I can’t predict what weapon my adversary is using until it’s to late.
Playing with friends might help with some of those issues. They could give you an edge in fights, and help you prevent or escape spawntraps. It might even help with host migration issues: if you go into TS with three friends, and all four of you have good connections, then you only have to worry about four randoms that might end up being laggy hosts.
Staying in Party Chat should keep you away from trash-talking. Honestly, I never play Halo 4 without being in a party, even if that party’s completely empty otherwise.
Well team slayer isn’t a relax kind of gametype, it’s pretty serious. If your looking for relaxation Spartan ops, action sack, or the rotation playlists will do the trick.
Oh and about the precision weapons, I’m happy to tell you yes, why yes you can not use them and do fine. Let me know if you want any help or advice with the automatics. I’m always happy to help with that!
My suggestion is to jump into a more casual playlist like Action Sack. Or even Rumble Pit during those times of frustration. A lot of autos in Rumble Pit too. As far as the trash talking, I’ve grown accustom to hitting the mute button at the first sign of annoyance.

I just jump into my own party as an alternative. I do that for Rumble Pit all the time.

Flood is defiantly a solid way to go screw around and have fun without any real frustration.
