if not how do I get them exactly? just buy Monster Energy drinks?

For the skin it is through Monster Energy Snapchat: Monster Halo Experience
You can also get double xp codes: Monster Halo GWP & Sweeps
You have to log into both separately. For the Snapchat you need to put in codes for each month. I don’t know if they will let you put in September’s code, but if you can put in ‘343’. For October’s code ‘A235HJKRTF’. November’s code is not out yet, but if you are able to put both in then I’d say keep an eye out for November’s code.

If you are allowed to put in both September and October’s codes then you’re not too late.

I was able to put both codes in so now I just need the November code for the BR skin
have any info on the other earnable skins, banners, emblems?
