Edit: You had to activate the “eternal” armour effect before 7/8/11.

I believe it is not possible to receive one, and if you already have one set you cannot change it at this point.

Yep, they aren’t available anymore, and 343i didn’t carry nameplate-functionality over to Waypoint.
Good thing I set my Halo 2 nameplate before changing them was disabled.

Unfortnately the only way to have gotten Blue Flames, was to activate it back in 2011 when Bungie gave it out for free.
There is no way to activate it now as that aspect was not passed over to 343 when the transition tof Halo took place.
Another one of those special features that would be worthless if everyone had one.

No sadly. They eliminated the nameplate feature when 343 took over so you can’t change them anymore. I luckily was able to get my Seve7th Column nameplate in time.

As with Blue Flames you cannot obtain them any more. If you have a nameplate already you can’t change it, if you weren’t around to set one before 343 took over Halo, you can lo longer pick one. That functionality was limited to Bungie’s website only and lost when they updated for Destiny.
I do not think this is possible since this is a old gamei think it not possible since halo is 343 indestires game now
