Is it rocket science?

To make balanced teams? And fix connection issues? And make my loadout not reset when we get a new host? And to not put me in a game that is almost over and the team I join is loosing?

I mean these are simple things and they run rampant in this game…

Funny enough, it almost is.

The reason why people were so against Join in progress.

I highly doubt you’re qualified enough to call these things “simple”.

The game hasn’t even been out for two weeks yet.

Tell me five games that had absolutely zero bugs/problems/glitches/etc. immediately upon release.

If have ever taken a networking class in college you would understand it almost is.

Pac-man. That’s all I have.

OT, Lets see you fix it rather than just talk about it.

When any person or group prides themselves as experts or in any significant way knowledgeable on a subject they are expected to reach and focus on certain standards of their respective field. (Ex: Engineers must build sturdy bridges and not faulty ones)

All of which means, yes it is simple. So much so I believe the subtitle to Halo 4 should be “F**K LOGIC!”.

I may not be qualified, but it’s also not my profession…

How does that make these things simple? 343i is aware of the issues and are working on them as they’ve stated many times. If it was simple, there would already be a fix.

And I would imagine an engineer building a sturdy bridge is not a simple thing.

> I may not be qualified, but it’s also not my profession…

My point exactly. It’s like me going up to a rocket scientist and calling their work “simple”. By your logic, because this is not my profession, it makes what I just said true.

It’s not my profession to be dealing with these issues. They went to school for and do it for a living. It can’t be that hard if they have been doing it for years. And the games population dropped dramatically, don’t you think the connection and what not would be better…

Just because you have a job doesn’t mean everything you do is simple. It’s not a simple switch of turning the lag on and off.

actually every level after the 256th one is unplayable so yea, huge glitch

Ok, they should still be able to fix it, they are is the video game industry. It should be their top priority to fix this connection.

It’s like me, being an accounting major, and telling my client, “Oh I don’t know how to create a multi-tier income statement, it is very difficult”.

You’re right, it should be (and probably is) one of their top priorities, I was never arguing that.

My only problem is that you called it simple, even though you yourself have no idea how it works.

If you are an accounting major, is creating a multi-tier income statement easy? Because if it isn’t easy, then it’s not simple.

Yes it is extremely easy. Maybe not to some who hasn’t done it. But since I have done it multiple times then yes it is easy. Maybe I can find a better accounting example…

The people at 343 are smart people. I know they can do this, but it has taken too long. I know you guys are going to say the game has only been ot for 2 weeks or whatever. Well I feel bad when the population keeps dropping like a rock.
