When playing the Xbox 360/Legacy version of Halo Combat Evolved Anniversary on the Xbox One, is it possible to skip the intro that plays at the beginning? I know it’s possible to skip the intro when playing it on an Xbox 360 just by mashing buttons (I simply tap A and Y), but i tried doing that when playing it on the Xbox One, and it didn’t seem to skip (as in the Cartographer Island appeared, and then the 343I logo, but it didn’t skip to the menu). Fearing that I couldn’t skip the intro, I went ahead and hit the power button on my Xbox One.
Now I’m not gonna touch Legacy CEA on the Xbox One until I get an answer to this.
Can someone please give me an answer?

I was playing it recently, I did manage to a few times but not sure how to replicate that scenario.
Do feel the intro is a bit long winded haha

I’m confused as to what your fear is that makes you need to turn off your Xbox?
Genuinely curious
