If you mean online and in a party, then yes. You can 3 friends can party up and rock the beta with no issues. If, however, your want to run with friends on your own console, i.e. splitscreen, then I’m afraid that is not possible in the beta but will be in the final release. You should be able to invite other players from your roster, or start an xbox live party and then invite players to your game/party from there
