Greetings. I was under the impression that FOTUS Chillrose armor was only given if you bought the console. Well, I did not buy the console, but I opened a REQ pack and got it. If it’s not supposed to be possible, then I think Microsoft accidentally gave me a console code when sending me the new codes after the disc swap.

You can still get it. They say the emblem that comes with the console is exclusive though… But I’m skeptical about that as well as I just pulled the “exclusive” astro emblem out of a pack without ever entering a code for my headset.
The real question is if you want FOTUS, it looks awful… I don’t care if i’m unable to get it.
Fotus is able to be obtained without having to buy the console.
FOTUS armor codes are available on Ebay, but they ain’t cheap.
Everything can be obtained through the REQ system.
As far as I’m aware 343 said everything is available through REQ packs.
ALL armor can be unlocked through REQ packs. The only exclusive item that is available from the console bundle is the emblem.

As others have said, the only things (as far as I’m aware) that are exclusives are emblems. Everything can be obtained through the REQ system, but codes come with certain products that give you them directly. Such as Fotus with the console and Locke’s armor with pre-orders.

Well, I pulled the emblem and FOTUS Chillrose armor from the same REQ pack. If all of it is able to be gotten through REQ packs, then I am the luckiest Halo guy on earth right now. However, like you said, the emblem seems to be truly console exclusive so I think MS must’ve sent me the wrong code. I’m definitely not complaining though.

Do you mean the Vanguard emblem or is there a different emblem called Unicorn? Everywhere I read refers to it as Vanguard and that’s what I got.

Oh I definitely am. I am just so thankful for Microsoft CS messing up. I am usually incredibly unlucky, so this is a really nice change of pace.

I got the Fotus Chillrose armor and the Vanguard emblem as well. I’m really surprised that the emblem wasn’t Unicorn or Prancer.

No armor is locked in the game, all can still be earned in req packs, Fotus is one of the rarest so it will be the hardest to find.

Do you purchase the console or did you exchange your LCE code for a disc?
