They had given the pack out as a gift a few months back for watching a stream (can’t recall which one exactly). It’s possible they’ll do that again. Unlike some packs like the Classic Helmet pack which sometimes become available for purchase using REQ points, I don’t think the Voices of War pack has ever been available for sale using points.

Unfortunately no. I would say don’t buy them it’s kind of to lat and they really aren’t worth it. Save those $10 for Infinite.

Given that the HCS is effectively ending with this next tournament I doubt the Voices of War REQ pack will be made available for free again. If you want it you’ll likely have to pay for it since you can’t use REQ points to purchase it.
As for whether you should or shouldn’t, well that’s entirely up to you. It’s pretty neat having those voices available, but it’s not a “must-have” feature by any means.
IMO, its the only (Edit - DLC -> Pack) worth paying for. I like Spartan Buck and the Grunt, wish they had a Sergeant Johnson tho

That’s what I dislike about the pack. Reach had like what, 10 firefight voices. Halo 5 has 3 voices (I guess 4 if you count Palmer, but screw her) They should have gone all out. Put all those voices in the pack, then people would be more egar to buy the pack.
I wish it was in gold packs to be honest.

The classic helmets can be bought with req points
Nope, but considering that the Voices of War and the HCS team packs are the only things behind a pay wall in H5 is pretty good. I have the voices of war, it’s pretty good I guess but pretty repetitive. I have already switched back to the original announcers.
