nah man sorry you cant get a perfection in a capture the flag game and you cant get capture the flag medals if your playing oddball so no you cannot. hope this helps!

Considering there are still one or two medals that are impossible to get at all in any game type that will result in them actually going into your medal chest, this is definitley impossible.

Absolutely NOT possible.
Look at the Medal Board and the answer is right there for you to see.

How about a Killjoy (since the fix), Avenger, or Wing-man (spawn spree) in FF, just as examples…look at your Medal Board (b.net is best for this) and you will see that are several medals in every category that are not possible to ever get, as Bungie did make a comment about this about a year ago, and never removed them from the Medal Boards.
Y don’t people use scorpions in those lineup videos?
