Is it possible to delete my account?

Hi,
I would like to delete my account form haylowaypoint.com.
I have unlinked it from my xbox live account so can you please remove my account from this website.

If not can you please explain why and if it is illegal to keep my account if requested to remove it.

As accounts here are tied to your Microsoft account / Xbox gamertag it’s not possible to delete accounts. If you wish I can place a permanent ban on your account if you do not intend to use / do not wish to use this account any more?

My account is under a Gmail address as I couldnt recover my Microsoft account. How do I change that over so I can use the correct profile?
