Is it Possible For Noble Six to be Alive and Why?

I believe that they could definitely bring him back for multiple reasons.

  • It never showed him get stabbed or glassed - He is the only spartan aside from Chief labeled as HYPER LETHAL which means they are way more deadly than any other spartan, ever. This means he could have fought off the covenant forces and hijacked an enemy banshee or ship which is possible - He is only suspected to be KIA but it was not confirmed. This means he is actually MIA - His file was classified but he had more experience than the other Spartans and possibly even Master Chief - If they brought him back he would raise hell

Yeah, it could be possible. I kinda want him to return, in an epic way anyways. It would be cool to know that someone else in the squad survived outside of Jun!.

His -Yoink- is grass, man.

Is it possible? Sure, it’s possible Elvis is alive too.

But doutbful.

343 could bring his character back with whatever reasoning, but as it stands from a lore and game perspective he is dead. Bungie confirmed this in an interview with Marcus Lehto after the games launch. I posted about this in the past, can’t link right now but feel free to search my posts mentioning Marcus for more info

Nah don’t believe it was possible. No way for him to live we saw the cutscene. Weaponless and on the ground with elites surrounding him with energy swords. Master Chief couldn’t get out alive. And by the way the chief has more missions logged in than anyone. He was doing missions much longer than the III as well they were a short lived branch. Also don’t you think Thom (noble six) would of went back into the Unsc lands by now. It’s been a decade since reach they would of updated his status

He is dead and honestly I want him to stay that way. I’m not saying I hate him, but it seems to be a trend with companies reviving old characters instead of creating new ones.

No Spartan III has more experience than a Spartan II. Especially not more than the Chief. Not because I’m some blind fanboy that thinks the Chief is the 2nd coming of Christ’s. It’s just simple math, the Spartan II program predates the Spartan III.

Even if he wasn’t killed by the Elites at the end, he would still be dead. The damn planet got glassed. It’s kind of like saying I’ll survive a nuclear explosion within the blast radius if I believe in myself.

So Thom was Noble 6, but he died when he detonated a nuke in a Covenant carrier, which resulted in Kat losing her arm. It’s in one of Reach’s trailers. Spartan B-312 replaced him as seen in the opening cinematic.

If Noble 6 did survive, I expect him to look like Darth Vader in terms of how much robotics makes up his body. He wouldn’t have gotten out of that Covenant mess on his own.

What I want to know more about is the Fields of Aszod, which is where Lone Wolf takes place. There are 13 dead Spartans scattered throughout, when you die you make 14 (14/2=7). Why were there so many Spartans gathered there? Was there a radio call to all near UNSC personnel to make a doomed stand there after the Pillar of Autumn left?
Also, Noble 6 knew about Castle Base, and maybe the Fields of Aszod were on the way, and he got caught. That’s what I’ve been thinking about recently.

Rip I don’t know why I mixed Thom with b312

1: Nah. On the ground. Several Elites. At least one with an Energy Sword. Yeah, B312 is boned. And even if he survived the final stand, they’re probably HEAVILY injured. Plasma (which is literally hot enough to boil a persons blood and skin) burns on the body and face, heavy blood loss on non-cauterized wounds, god knows what else, they’re hobbling along, if not crawling. No way B312 made it to a ship in time to escape glassing, and even if they did, they’d be shot down by Covie fighters.
2: See number 1.
3: See number 1. Also, three words rather well known in the lore: “Spartans Never Die.”
Edit: The description of the level, Lone Wolf uses the full saying, “Spartans never die, they’re just Missing In Action”, which refers to the UNSC policy of identify dead Spartans as MIA, so as to make them seem invincible to civilians and marines.
4: See number 1.
5: It would also ruin the entire purpose of the death B312 and the rest of Noble Team. To show that not all heroes are the ones that make it out alive.

Yes he would raise hell. But there isn’t that much need for him, the prophet of truth was gone. He saved the planet reach. And yes I agree he only got shot by plasma rifle or repeater. No energy sword hit him. Trust me I want him back too. He will raise hell in the future. NOBLES ARE NOT DEAD!
