Is it possible for a BR to kill in on hit?

The title asks it all.
I was on the Community Forge game and it was like a SWAT game and I keep getting killed by the same guy with a BR. I watch the replay from his point-of-view and I know the replay is not accurate because majority of his shots are a lot of inches away from the head (I also know about the spread) but it is possible for a BR to kill in one shot?

EDIT: It wasn’t a SWAT game. I checked my most recent game from my Game History & it doesn’t say SWAT but rather Slayer.

So do you know if BR could kill in one shot?

Was it actually the SWAT gametype, or was it something else? (couldn’t quite tell from your post)

If it was SWAT, there’s your answer. In SWAT you don’t have shields, so any headshot = death. If it wasn’t SWAT…I don’t know what to tell you, because unless your shields were popped, that shouldn’t happen.

Okay. I keep getting shot with a BR on the head, even though death cam doesn’t show accurately, anyway, do you think a BR could kill you in one shot on the head?

One shot from the BR is all it takes to kill in SWAT, one bullet from each three shot burst can kill if it hits someone in the head.

Yes in Swat one shot with a BR will kill a person as long as it’s a headshot. Heck, Halo 4 Mythbusters even proved that since one shot sends three rounds out. If you time it correctly and the enemies are all in a row, you’d kill all three at once xD

It’s called “team shooting”. What most likely happened is you were being shot by more than one person quickly. So while it appears one person shot you it was probably 3 or more. Go watch the film at that point and check who the opposing team is shooting at. Instead of going round and round about Swat, you need to analyze what actually happened.

OR it’s This Guy. <mark>Somebody was posting about him late last week. Apparently he modified his Carbine to function as a Binary Rifle but under the Carbine skin. I’m guessing it was the same thing that happened to you but the guy used a DMR skin.</mark>
