Is it my connection or the game itself?

Hello. I just recently downloaded this because it looks fun and cool. My computer seems to meet the minimum requirements and seems to run the game fine. It’s just when I go into a multiplayer game, there seems to be lag spikes. Game runs smooth but during random gun fights it will lag.
Is it my PC and connection or the game at the moment?
My PC specs(also it is a laptop):
Intel iT-3230M CPU @ 2.60 GHz
Installed memory(RAM): 8.00 GB(7.89 usable)
Windows 10 Home 64 bit
GTX 660m 2GB

I play official. I’ve only played like 3 matches so far. I’ll keep it on my computer but it’d be cool if I could play it smoothly online.

Sometimes i have frame problems with the game on hight

Found out that apparently European people play too lol. Seems as though I was on European server.
