From the very start I’ve been complaining about how the Halo 5 TTK (Time To Kill) was wayyyyy to fast. I know 343 has needed the AR which is a plus but it seems like all the weapons are harmonized as one working machine and things seem to flow great and the TTK seems to have gotten slight slower. It’s faster then Reach but Not as close today COD as before which I think is perfect. Now I see 2 v 1 battles where the Spartan all alone actually has a chance in battle and doesn’t get flattened in a heartbeat. I don’t know if it’s a weapon magnitism fix or just because of the base speed increase but I like it. I think it’s multiple factors.
What do you guys think? Do you guys notice a difference or is it just me?
Well, 343i did get rid of automatic-firing weapon head shots. So that probably helped a bit.
From the few videos I’ve seen, it looks great. The weapon sandbox is shaping up nicely in H5.
Since there is more powerweapon, vehicular and teamshooting use in WZ; It’s half you and it’s half Warzone being much larger in scale as to let the ranges flex more. A 'nade plus headshot or “BXR medal” has always proved quickest for me (teamshooting is also great).
You’d likely notice something similar with BTA itself (big team arena).
I was very pleased the Carbine remains tight but disappointed the M6 has been slowed and tamed ); There better be mixups of weapons in Warzone, it needs someone screaming “LLLLLLLLLLLLEEEEE-ROY JENKINS” while sending vehicles flying with a hammer!
Regardless YES, felt perfect to me.
