In BTB the mantis gets destroyed so damn easily. Its almost one shot. Does anybody know how to reduce the chance of dying in one the moment you go in it?
Play more passively. If you go out into huge open areas, your gonna get shot by everyone.
Treat it like the tank. You don’t go charging into the middle of the map unless you want to waste the card.
But overall? The tank is far less rare and far better at precise killing at long range. The tank is a sniper, the mantis is an AR.

LOL what mantis were you using? The one in halo 4 could easily kill a player when you started the firefight and the stomp could get kills even if they were at full health and their sheilds were full.
Doesn’t seem weak to me. Seems balanced honestly.
I think it should be a tad more powerful, any team who knows how to focus fire on it will defeat it in a hot minute.
It is, probably because the vehicle are balanced for Warzone. Can’t have the base mantis strong as hell if you plan to have six variants with different levels of armor.
I don’t think it’s weak just slow and a huge target.
Need to add some spartan thrusters
All the vehicles in Halo 5 are pretty weak all around. Don’t go charging out there and stick closer to some cover and your performance will almost certainly improve with this vehicle.
