is it just me or???? help!

big halo fan bought the console and limited controller…ok so my problem is when im in a br/drm battles the gun stops shooting and the cross hairs disappear on the screen …i freak out everytime i dont know if its the game itself, console or the controller any advice or suggestions will be greatly appreciated

Could either be random sprint press as this pops the gun away for a sec or the combo that drops the gun man, might wanna try using another controller incase

just tried to change controllers and still same problem and i know for a fact i was not jamming on the left analog stick its getting annoying
