Be it on vehicles or people, my shots just never seem to register. I don’t understand. Am I just missing somehow, or is there some technique I should learn besides aim and shoot?
The laser nowadays requires the entirety of the laser shot to hit the target. Also, some vehicles like the oni warthog can take it.
I think you might be missing, because it’s super good in this game. Especially compared to Halo 4’s and Reach’s lasers, which are trash cans.
To add, you need to be a bit more accurate with it than in previous games.
I have taken out two scorpions with the laser so far. You have to hit with the entirety of the blast to get the kills.

You need to hit every beam of the shot, if any miss you won’t even one shot a warthog.
It’s pretty much only useful against vehicles assuming the player can see the blaring red line pointing towards them for 3 or so seconds and decides to move.

That may explain it.
The laser attachment doesn’t work lol. The Spartan laser feels fine to me.
