The reason I ask is because over the past 2 days, I have played WA on Urban 4 times. Each of those 4 times, my team never even came close to capping the base. I mean, none of my teams ever even started to increase the progress bar on the capture indicator. We weren’t playing full teams to the best of my knowledge. It’s always a case of terrible spawning (why does offense spawn all the way towards the second base before they’ve capped the first?) and a lot of really good camping by the other teams.
But still, there were situations where I would push in with 5 or 6 people, we’d kill a few and get a few of us killed, but then we’d spawn half way across the world and by the time we were able to get back to the garage (assuming you weren’t spawn killed from being spawned in the open), the group of us that did survive the initial push were dead and we’d lose all progress.
Once Garage is kill, it’s easy.
I’ve definitely won a game on offense on that particular map. I can’t say what the overall win rate is, but it is definitely possible.
It’s possible, but extremely difficult if you don’t have a great deal of success on your first wave attack. When on defense we immediately block the spawns closest to the garage after the 1st wave forcing the capturing team to spawn near the armory. Put a few guys on the roof and it’s over. Not once have we ever lost using this tactic.
Of the 23 games played on this map i have 13 wins, 5 on offence. Solo.
I hate urban with a passion. Its legit the worst map ever #1trollmap. Attackers has a huge disadvantage with the garage… spawns are troll as hell spawning you far away from the garage near the armory or spawn at the starting spawn and keep getting spawn killed.Once the defenders get br and camp on the roof you are screwed hardcore. I know cuz I get a crapton of kills with my br on the roof. However once the garage is taken the defenders has a big disadvantage because as soon as you die and you are respawning the attackers are already in the armory capturing the building and by the time you make it in the armory is already 1/2 taken.

It can be done. Summit is harder in my opinion.

Sure is.
no but here are some recommendations, use plasma caster to clear out the base and you can snipe through the stair case of the armoury (but they cant shoot back)
