Why does Halo 5 have hardly any content, is it the Xbox One hardware or is it 343 keeping content back and then slowly releasing it so that we will keep coming back.

neither?

Let’s also remember Halo 5 and a lot of its parts were built from the ground up, not just copy and pasted over, so a lot of stuff has a longer development type and will take time to reach the full game.
Halo 5 has a lot of content compared to other recent shooters
I think it’s wrong to keep content back that has been in Halo since Halo2.
Perhaps look at the new features and you won’t be so :’(

If they release it at all (at least in the quality that we want BTB!)

Yeah well that’s half the problem, they took the golden egg that was halo and did not put enough of what made the game so special to many, I am thankful the Halo franchise will continue but they need to put some of that winning formula back to the player and not just the casual player.

Ya building it from the ground up might not have been the best idea, since what it had was already successful. I get that there was a lot that went in to this game, but there was also a lot changed that was never asked for like aiming, lack of gametypes/playlists, etc.
