Just a quick question, has Invasion been confirmed in Halo 4 yet? If so, will it be Spartan vs. Spartan since they have confirmed Elites aren’t playable in MM.

One of the most fun game modes in the short trial I played in Killzone 3 was basically a beefed up Invasion… You saw your teammates and yourself in cutscenes. It was great and really kept me coming back.
I don’t know how they’ll do it with Spartan Ops being on the table, but I really hope they have the same gametype. It’s just so cool to see yourself in a cutscene, and to see your enemies taken as prisoners and what-not.

"We already know Elites are not in, which means no Invasion as we know it in Halo 4. Have you considered releasing a game type (both at launch and after launch) which relied on some of the aspects which made Invasion great? –Gabotron ES
Elites are in Campaign. Elites are not playable MP types. We will, however, add some interesting variety to MP which will scratch that itch."

This is where I based it from. Elite/Spartan Invasion is removed and something similar may get incorporated.

I took your post as saying Invasion as gone.
Spartan vs. Spartan Invasion isn’t really that different.

They confirmed it,because somebody had interviewed a 343 dev and they said that, “we cannot not put it in” or something like like that,I think it was Kiki Wolfkill but I’m not sure.
I would give you a link,but forgot it 
I’m sure that if they don’t have it there will be something similar.

But Invasion, while seemingly not that popular, takes a good chunk of the population spike.
Basically, when Reach’s pop goes from 20k to 100k, Invasion gets a big slice of that. I think only Team Slayer, SWAT and maybe Living Dead get bigger spikes in pop than Invasion.
Invasion might be the only part of Reach I found amusing to any degree.
So of course they removed it. I guess they couldn’t risk me having fun.
