Can somebody unscramble FERO’s voice in the latest episode? Someone did that for Fulcrum in Star Wars Rebels, and they found out that she was Ashoka. If someone could unscramble FERO’s voice, we can determine whether or not it’s Halsey.
If this is Halsey and she has no idea what is coming, that’s more terrifying.

I’m not sure, I mean it’d be odd because she’d be damning herself if this stuff got out, but maybe she want to take ONI down at all costs.
I thought it definitely sounded like Halsey at first, then as she started to speak in proper sentences I thought not, then as she began to finish I thought it was Halsey again. So confused!

Maybe that other female journalist friend that knew a lot of the tricks of keeping out of ONI’s sight, and warned Ben to keep away from the story out of fear for his safety as if she knew what ONI were capable of. To me, even with the voice distorting device, the voiced sounded closer to her than to Halsy’s older more gravy voice. This women sounded young.

Truthfully, there is no way she would come out of the revelations of the Spartan-II program without consequences. She and Jul have the Janus Key and are heading towards the Absolute Record. I don’t think he has much to lose.
Does anyone else think that this could be a warning from Halsey that the Covenant is about to attack? If this is her then she clearly doesn’t know the entirety of what’s going on.
Man if the end of this series and Halo 5 sets up context this could be the best story Halo has ever had.
