Is Halo your favorite video game ever?

It’s just… perfect
Yes. Halo is one of my favorite video game franchises. At the same time, I also love playing First Person Shooter video games.
To put it simply. God of War is far superior and better than gross Hal- Just kidding, JUST KIDDING!!! Ok, OK, bad joke my badz. Place your Spartan Lasers down my fellow brothers, I will answer this question seriously. So yeah, ahem In all seriousness though, I’m not sure before or after the XBOX days right before the Xbox 360 console release, but I believe the Nintendo DS or the old GameBoy like the Advance one were my first gaming devices. But in terms between The PlayStation and or the Xbox? Definitely Xbox, and wanna know my first game? Halo, more specifically Halo 2. Mhm, yessiree, and to this day I play it religiously, ferociously, to the point it’s almost better than my grand parents cooking. “Almost”. But again, being real here, it tops any other franchises in my opinion, not saying superior or anything, I’m saying it’s really awesome game ever, opinion wise based from experience, memories, and more time invested that rivals my Nintendo DS or old PC steam games. (Sry PS, I don’t used you as much lol rip). Halo was my first fps game, first Xbox game, first platform like game between the PlayStation, my first girlfriend, pet, president, you name it, my first everything. In a way, it made me more interested in life as a United species, in wars, scientific space frontier, sci-fi, story, made me wanna draw even I suck as a baby kid but became really professional, not top tier good lvl, but a really well experience artist especially in my HS art classes who tons of folks admire. I appreciate and am grateful that I stumble upon this franchise, this story, this community, and lastly, The Master Chief. Thanks for reading this whole silly comment, stay frosty friends!!!
Halo’s probably my favourite. I’ve played pretty much everything going though, owned every console since the SNES.
It has to certainly be up there.
Definitely my favorite shooter and multiplayer game next to Ark. I ADORE Halo. Nothing is like Master Chief and the Spartans. I love making my own spartan in Reach and such and I just love this franchise so darn much. NOTHING is like Halos forge mode and sandbox. The only thing sorta similar is maybe fortnites few interesting gear, but besides that nothing has weapons like in Halo. The Sandbox is so freaking interesting. I love all the wacky guns and vehicles there are, and I binge watch forge of make my own maps or mini games. Nothing is like Halo. It’s one of a kind and I love it.

No. My all time favorite game would be Resident Evil 4 on the game cube. Reason being is because at the time I played it I was amazed at how much different it was compared to Resident Evil 2.
Yes, primarily because of it’s story and world-building, but the gameplay is also right down my ally

Halo was probably one of my first games ever I first got halo 3 on my 360 I used to play on years ago, and till this day halo is my top favorite game.

Pf no, that goes to Skyrim. I like Halo a lot but Skyrim means more to me.
Yes it’s my favourite. I’ve never played another game where I equally love the sp and mp as much.
HMMM… I wouldnt say “my favorite game ever” because im very indecisive with what game is my favorite because they’re so different lol (Its a tie between Dragon age origins, Pokemon White 2, Halo and Dark souls 2) but it is my most favorite FPS franchise and I have good memories and experiences with Halo, Im even saving money to buy a Series X halo edition (if it does come out).

Its not. Its a franchise i enjoy tough. To be honest i can never answer this question cause i been gaming since i was 4 in the late 80s and games have changed so much. At one time Phantasy Star Online was my favorite game, granted with the online part lol, i still play it from time to time on Dreamcast (still got my legacy save) and OG Xbox (new character from this year) including lately. Sadly my Game Cube saved corrupted and its done… such a tragedy, i had all the weapons, multiple high characters… oh well… 
Anyway. I would say one franchise in modern time that remained consitant in being in my top 3 is Gears of War, i play it pretty much daily. When it comes to Solo games its The Elder Scrolls…
I would say Halo is probably top 10 franchises. Halo 3 i feel overall is the best in term of campaign.
I would say, if we’re just talking about the games, the Halo series is in a three way tie with the Mass Effect and Bioshock games.
If we take everything into account, however, lore and all, the Halo series as a whole is pretty easily my favorite.
Yes and every Halo game. For me, it is more important the story than the mp even when my brother and I played a thounsand times together. Even Reach that messed up with the cannon and Halo 5 with their campaign. Every single Halo game it’s a perfect experience to me.
But, games that I love under Halo: Outlast, Dead Space, Need for Speed and… SW Battlefront II, Predator Concret Jungle.
After giving it some thought, i think i would have to say Halo is my #1. Sly Cooper and the Thevious Raccoonus was my first game ever, and i love that entire series a lot. I also love the Soulsborne games for their gameplay and world, Bloodborne in particular. I have a lot of fond memories in a lot of other games, but here I am posting on a forum dedicated to Halo. When Halo 2 released, my dad bought me CE as well as 2. I had seen the advertisements for 2 so i was super excited to play it, but he wouldn’t let me until i finished CE’s campaign because he liked it as well. I was pretty frustrated at that as a little kid, but i’m thankful i played them in order now. I’m not involved in any other universe nearly as much as Halo’s. I’ve read half the books, still reading more. I play MCC every day that i have the time to. I can replay Halo’s campaigns ad nauseum. I know more Halo lore than irl human history. Hell, my happy place that i go to when i’m trying to fall asleep is the ranks of the UNSC or Swords of Sangheilios. I’ve never really thought about it before writing all this out, but now i’d certainly have to say Halo is my favorite game (series).
