I find myself a fan of this game, 2nd favorite.
Seems to me that this altern story could give more games…fantastic games. I think bungie didnt do it, and 343 dont care.
anyone else would like more of this part of the franchise.
I agree, ODST was amazing, and is underrated by a lot of people. Still not as good as Halo CE obviously…
In my opinion it is extremely underrated. Some people seemed to dislike it, but many others adored it. Bungie really took a leap in the dark with ODST (no pun intended) and it payed off brilliantly. Campaign experience was fresh and also smooth thanks to the H3 engine. Firefight was simply fantastic. Plus they gave us all H3 maps as part of the package.
Halo 3 ODST is one of best Halo games because it is so different.
I really love ODST my second favorite campaing (after Halo 3).
g
It cool because its another setting and you know what happen to the city
I find the thing that I enjoy most about it was seeing the Halo universe through the eyes of somebody rather than Master Chief. It was a whole new experience, yet it still managed to keep the feeling that you were playing a Halo game. That’s something that the new games even, are lacking.
Very underrated, but I think alot of people were turned off due to the price tag initially. I personally enjoy it, but agree that it was greatly overpriced for it’s short campaign.
I do realize that it came with all the Halo 3 maps, bit at that point many folks already owned the DLC and were ultimately just repurchasing it.

Well worth the price to me. ODST is my favorite Halo game, and the ODST firefight mode is the most fun I’ve ever had playing Halo. It was such a blast to hear some of the Firefly and Battlestar Galactica crew voice the characters, as well as hearing Nolan North in Halo again.
It is because it’s the first Halo game when you’re not a Spartan which pisses most people of there always like oh it’s Halo you have to be a Spartan but when in reality it’s nice to see the human covenant war in a different view point
