Is Halo: 5 the worst Halo?

> In my opinion Halo: 5 is the worst halo ever made, and personally I am offended by it. To me I feel 343 does not care about the Halo universe the way Bungie did. Halo: 5 has less armor customization ability than Halo: 3. What I mean by that is you can only change the entire armor set (legs, shoulders, chest all together) and the helmet. Yes, you can change the visor but big deal. Halo: 3 allowed you to change both shoulders, chest, and helmet. Don’t get me started on Halo: Reach (halo customization heaven). Yes, Halo: 5 has a lot of armor to choose from (and I mean a lot) however, most of it is recycled garbage. 343 seems to have shown no effort or creativity with the armor.

I feel 343 is just trying to get as much money as possible, something that can be seen with the new REQ system which allows you to buy the packs, making unlocking new armor pointless, and not even a challenge. I cannot begin to express how frustrated and down right upset the lack of effort that was put into this game makes me.

I can agree to that.

no

It’s so funny that Halo 5 multiplayer suppose to be cannon., but none of the component of multiplayer makes no sense.

No. Halo 4 was.

Halo 4 is the worst halo. The only thing going for that -Yoinking!- game is the story. Level design was bad, introduced terrible characters, ugliest armour in the series and has the worst undersuit I’ve ever seen. The multiplayer is -Yoinking!- garbage and is an easier version of call of duty. Halo 4 is -Yoink- -Yoink- and -Yoink-

halo 5 multiplayer is enjoyable to me, so at least theres that

thats not a fair point man…i mean of course gameplay will change slightly game to game…the problem is halo 5’s changes are drastic not subtle…to the point where it doesnt even seem like your playing halo…just another chain based movement fps with high health…and yes of course people can get used to a change in gameplay…but they shouldnt have to…not to this extent…if the changes were small and people liked it then ok…but they just kind of…jammed it in…so to speak

No.

I enjoyed halo 4 but halo 5 does really annoy me at times like the whole problem of farming in Warzone. But everyone still has to remember that halo 5 still has content to still be released.

What’s your opinion on the game?

You got some good points here, but if you already haven’t you’ll be accused of crying “Bungie did it better” I’m my opinion though Halo 4 is the worst.
Here’s hoping 6 won’t take its place.

> Personally I have a blast. The multiplayer is perhaps the most balanced out of almost any game out there. Despite I disagree with parts of the story, the campaign was fun. The campaign is still better than Battlefield 4’s campaign and it is looks like a master piece compared to Black Ops 3 campaign which became the first Call of Duty to get me really really bored. I can’t pick the best or worse Halo. It is like choosing best or worst choclate ice creams for me. Is it perfect, no. Is it fun, hell yes.

That what I think too. Have you seen the games were getting!?!? They are almost garbage and the the new Call Duty Infinate Warfare game is gonna suck and you can’t get Call of Duty Modern Warfare unless you buy Infinite Warfare. By the looks of it, 343 cares about Halo, Activision doesn’t care about Call of Duty, only money.

I see your point but I feel 343 is just trying something diffrent not keeping it the same old same old. In my opinion I have really enjoyed halo 5

It doesn’t matter if we are still bound to receive more of what we’ve been getting, its lackluster content that has been a part of the launch package in every halo before. We can already look at 5 as a completed game, whether or not more “free post launch content” is coming. The biggest issue with launching with such a bare bones approach is that the first impression tends to stick with everyone, especially the veterans of the franchise. H6 needs to go above and beyond everything we’ve seen before or we could continue down this path to a slow death, which I’ll assume none of us actually want.

Halo ce did not have matchmaking so you can’t compare halo 5’s matchmaking to ce’s custom games. Halo 5 has more custom game options than ce.

not even close. Halo 5 best halo.

No.

And stop with these kind of post please.

Actually halo 5 is not that bad considering 343’s goal was to attract younger players. The only thing’s that I hate is no split-screen, no team doubles, and a small radar.

Ooh, there wasn’t a thread like this in a while!
oh wait…

Not the WORST, but not the BEST. If it had more content and I didn’t lag out of every other match, it would be among my favorites

I think it’s alright

Halo 5 is my least favorite halo. Just sayin
