MCC lasted longer in the top ten than Halo 5 (granted this was against a different set of games, mostly, GTAV, Minecraft, Destiny, a fifa game and a COD game all still remain the same).
More people bought an Xbone to play COD. That’s after a huge chunck of 360 players switched to PS4 and can still play COD.
Halo is irrelevant to the mainstream now.

I really don’t follow your logic here, if the # 1 exclusive is declining in quality and numbers with each release, how can it be considered the console seller. I bought my Xbox Ones for Titanfall and Destiny, and because I’ve never been much of a Sony man, 343 has no loyalty from me whatsoever.

Where are you getting the top 10 figures from?
It’s probably the only XBONE exclusive that anyone plays because it’s the only one anybody knows about. Rise of the Tomb Raider which was a XBONE exclusive had probably one of the worst launch days ever. The Folks over at xbox decided to release it the same day as FALLOUT 4. nice job.

Rise of the Tomb Raider is not an Xbox Exclusive.
Xbox made a deal to have it release on xbox first, it’s coming out for PS4 (and PC I believe) this year.

Halo isn’t as popular as it was back during Halo 3 that can’t be argued against but its still the best selling Xbox only title and as of right now its completely playable the population isn’t so low its hurting the game
Considering how many games are on Xbox One its not bad to be in the top 20 especially a game like Halo 5 which doesn’t cater to a casual audience at all

Halo has been trying to cater to the casual audience since Reach. That’s what most of the these Spartan Abilities are for.
Being in the top 10 is important because it reflects the state of the game and peoples opinion on it in relation to other games and past entires in the series.

Halo is the Xbox Flagship and a main reason why I can’t see a lot of the games ever coming to PC.
